Rock Paper PvP is published by Pizza Robot Studios LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the Rock Paper PvP application (the "App") handles information when you use it.
The App allows you to choose a player name and avatar icon. These are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. If you enter a name, treat it as visible within the App (for example, on leaderboards in future multiplayer updates). Please do not use personal information in your player name.
The App may automatically collect certain information to help us understand how the game is used and to maintain stability. This may include device type and operating system, anonymous usage events (such as fights played, features used), crash logs and error reports, and approximate location derived from IP address (depending on ad and analytics settings). This data is anonymous and is not used to personally identify you.
The App uses the following third-party services, each of which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:
Displays ads in the free version. Ad partners may use device identifiers to serve relevant ads based on your settings and region.
Collects anonymous usage data to help us understand how the App is used and what features matter most.
Collects crash reports and diagnostic data to help us identify and fix bugs quickly.
Premium upgrade purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We never receive your payment card details.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited anonymous data with service providers (such as ad networks and analytics platforms) solely to operate the App and measure performance. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.
Rock Paper PvP is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
You have control over your experience with the App. You can limit ad tracking and personalization through your device's privacy settings. You can choose not to enter any personal information in your player name. You can purchase Premium to disable all advertisements. You can delete the App at any time to remove all locally stored data from your device.
Player data (name, avatar, game progress) is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App or reset your progress in Settings. Anonymous analytics and crash data is retained by our third-party service providers according to their standard retention policies.
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data associated with the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of any information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
